Our laundry services are provided and charged on a per-bag basis. For the best tumble experience, please ensure that the laundry given to us (up to 15 kg per bag) does not exceed the full capacity of your indicated number of bags.

For example, a customer orders one X-Large bag order and provides us with 15kg worth of laundry load. While an X-large bag is able to hold up to 15kg, the laundry load provided exceeds the full capacity of the bag and the excess laundry would be charged.

Do you provide dismantling and installation services for curtains?

Yes, we provide these services all year round! However, we may temporarily halt these services during peak seasons (eg. weeks leading to Chinese New Year, Christmas). You may refer to our price guide to understand more about our pricing. Do note that we do not take in rubber-backed blackout curtains and roman blinds for cleaning/washing.

Why is your service so affordable?

We’re laundry people at heart and do not outsource our laundry service to third-party providers. As such, we can avoid markups to provide you with a convenient and affordable laundry service for the whole family.

Will you be able to remove all the stains from my laundry?

Please let us know if you have any specific stains you'd like us to remove. You can mention these stains in your order notes or when we collect your laundry. Our dedicated team will carefully examine the stains and use the best methods to remove them. However, please note that complete stain removal is not always guaranteed.

How long will the whole process take?

Our guarantee is to collect, wash and deliver your clean clothes within 48 hours.

Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount for our Laundry & Dry Cleaning service! We offer free pick-up and delivery services for orders above $50 (per service address). For orders below $50, a transportation fee of $10 will be charged.
